PGR Rigenerazione Protesicamente Guidata (Italian Language with English Subtitles)

P.G.R. is an acronym for Prosthetically Guided Regeneration, and represents a working philosophy that places the prosthetic as the fundamental driver of the entire regenerative treatment plan.

The course begins with four theoretical lectures illustrating the fundamental principles of prosthetically guided regeneration and concludes with a series of clinical cases—comprising a theoretical introduction, treatment plan analysis, and surgical ReLive—that demonstrate the extreme flexibility and adaptability of the P.G.R. approach to different clinical scenarios. In an engaging and highly practical teaching process, Paolo Casentini demonstrates how P.G.R. achieves excellent aesthetic results, significant time savings, and simplification in the treatment of complex cases.

In particular, the course illustrates the application of P.G.R. protocols. in multidisciplinary treatment in the aesthetic area, with deficits affecting hard and soft tissues and previous errors in implant placement, cases of severe ankylosis, synergies between P.G.R. and mucogingival aesthetic surgery, conditioning and improvement of soft tissues, placement of post-extraction implants and the use of three-dimensional mesh-type regeneration supports.

Il corso si apre con 4 lezioni teoriche che illustrano i principi fondamentali della rigenerativa protesicamente guidata, e si completa di una serie di casi clinici – a loro volta composti da introduzione teorica di presentazione, analisi del piano di trattamento e ReLive chirurgico – che desiderano mostrare l’estrema flessibilità e adattabilità a scenari clinici diversi dell’approccio P.G.R. In un percorso didattico coinvolgente e marcatamente pratico, Paolo Casentini mostra come P.G.R. consenta di raggiungere un risultato estetico eccellente, grandi benefici in termini di tempo e una semplificazione nel trattamento di casi complessi.

In particolare, il corso illustra l’applicazione dei protocolli P.G.R. nel trattamento multidisciplinare in area estetica, con deficit che interessano i tessuti duri e molli e precedenti errori nel posizionamento di impianti, casi di anchilosi severa, sinergie tra P.G.R. e chirurgia estetica mucogengivale, condizionamento e miglioramento dei tessuti molli, posizionamento di impianti post-estrattivi e utilizzo di supporti alla rigenerazione tridimensionale di tipo mesh.
